Thank you for inspiring me to explore and expand, deepen and grow within my own practice, and inviting me to share my discoveries with you all. Thank you for showing up and being exactly who and how you are, demonstrating the peace and empowerment that lies at the seat of authenticity. I AM grateful to you and for you. Thank you.
One of my discoveries is that each time I pause to reflect on anything I AM grateful for in my life experience, I feel good, better, lighter, stronger, more resilient, less stressed… at peace within myself – regardless of what’s happening out there in the world.
