Hello Yogi-Friends ~ It is GratiTuesday! Ever heard of a Gratitude Jar? Josie Robinson – author, counselor, Mom – published a small-ish book, “The Gratitude Jar: A Simple Guide to Creating Miracles,” in which she lays out a simple practice formula based on the word ’T.H.A.N.K.S.’ Find that formula here: https://josierobinson.com/journal/how-to-use-a-gratitude-jar     As always, each Tuesday we invite one another to express one thing – in the comments field – for which you are grateful, and/or Share that sentiment as a post on your favorite social media site.
