GratiTuesday – July 31st

Hello Yogi-Friends ~ Happy GratiTuesday! I love books. Actual books. Books with paper pages. Recently came across a book title that instantly caught my attention, “Attitudes of Gratitude: How to Give and Receive Joy Every Day of Your Life,” by M.J. Ryan. In this small volume of brief essays, Mary Jane ‘illuminates the many gifts that gratitude bestows upon us and offers a number of ways to practice it.’ Find it on Amazon: Or consider visiting your local bookseller, OR local library!
