Hello Yogi-Friends ~ Happy GratiTuesday! “Here are the key research-based principles for turning gratitude into a lasting habit, drawing from the GGSC’s new website, Greater Good in Action,” from an article written by Juliana Briennes, entitled “Four Great Gratitude Strategies”: https://greatergood.berkeley.edu/article/item/four_great_gratitude_strategies   So… each Tuesday we invite one another to express one thing – in the comments field – for which you are grateful, and/or Share that sentiment as a post on your favorite social media site.
