GratiTuesday – December 10th

Hello Yoga-Friends ~ A Happy GratiTuesday to All!

Raindrops on roses
And whiskers on kittens
Bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens
Brown paper packages tied up with strings
These are a few of my favorite things”

While driving along in the car this afternoon, out-loud-listing all the “things” I am grateful for (yeah, I really do do this like every time I get behind the wheel), these lyrics popped into my head. So I sang the song – what I could remember – and decided that yes, these are a few of my favorite things. What’s more, when I list a few of my favorite things – whatever they may be from day to day – what do you know, this activity never fails to lift me up and… “Then I don’t feel so bad.”
