Hello Yogi-Friends ~ It is GratiTuesday! Well, now, I am not a Mom, but I know lots of Moms. Perhaps you are one of them? Recently in conversation with a Mom-Friend discussing ways to introduce mindfulness to children… other than meditation ; ) Found a pdf-link to print out – or inspire your own kid-at-heart creative designs – “Awesome Summer Gratitude Journal” pages:   Backstory and child-focused suggestions posted on Mari Eugenia’s blog:   Each Tuesday we invite one another to express one thing – in the comments field – for which you are grateful, and/or Share that sentiment as a post on your favorite social media site.
