Hello Yogi-Friends ~ Happy GratiTuesday! Some of you have inquired, “How does one go about writing a gratitude list or journal?” One way is found on Mike Fishbein’s website. He posted a blog entitled, “The Gratitude List that Saved My Life.” Scroll on down to the sub-heading(s) ‘How to Make a Gratitude List’, and/or ‘Gratitude Journal Prompts,’ at: https://mfishbein.com/gratitude-list/ Each Tuesday, we invite one another to express one thing – in the comments field – for which you are grateful, and/or Share that sentiment as a post on your favorite social media site.
